Wyatt Sanford Will Step Into The Olympic Ring!

Local boxer Wyatt Sanford from Kennetcook, Nova Scotia got some good news this week when he found out he’ll be participating in the Olympics in Japan this summer! Wyatt, who’s 22 years old, got the news from his coach after working out in Montreal this week with the Canadian boxing team. After the news got out, his phone wouldn’t stop! The 5’9 southpaw said he’s always dreamed of representing Canada at the Olympics and now that dream has come true! Some fun facts about Wyatt: his nickname is Sandman, Favourite TV show: Friends and most importantly his favourite type of music is Country! The Olympic boxing is scheduled to start July 24th.
