I got my flu shot yesterday.
The shot is free, but you’ll need an appointment again this year at your doctor’s office.
Some pharmacies have walk ins.
Other changes will be a pre-screen for cold symptoms or possible exposure to COVID-19.
Nova Scotia has ordered just over 495,000 doses of the flu shot this year.
It can take up to two weeks for the vaccination to provide protection.
