The RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment has charged a Dartmouth youth following a series of high-value alcohol thefts from stores throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality.
The thefts occurred between January 6 and 7, and investigators say the same suspect was involved in all incidents.
On January 9, the youth was arrested and is facing multiple charges, including ten counts of theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property, disguise with intent, and numerous breaches of court orders.
The youth appeared in Halifax Provincial Court and has been remanded pending a future court date.
